I’m in the Atlantic time zone, in Nova Scotia, which is one hour later than Eastern time in North America, and 4 hours earlier than GMT (in London, England).
Either way, by phone or email, I’ll get back to you within 48 hrs, unless I’m on the road, in which case it may take an extra day or two.
