I want to share with you a a simple version of a very powerful Buddhist breath practice that’s used to move and transform emotional energy and get us out of our fear brain and into our heart.
The practice is called tonglen – the practice of taking and giving. When we do it, we do it on behalf of all beings who are feeling what we’re feeling, even those who are thousands of miles away.
