A Message For Your Heart

There’s something I find myself saying over and over to people who are running into obstacles and resistance on the way to their dreams.
You see, my way of looking at resistance is probably very different from how you’ve been taught to think about it.
I’ve been taught to look at it as raw material that’s in the process of becoming a brand new you.
So when resistance shows up, it means you’re getting ready to evolve!
I want to share this same message with you, too.
So I created a short slide show to share it with you as though I’m speaking it, one bit at a time.
The best way to take this in is slowly… more slowly than you usually read online. You might want to pause just a tiny bit on each page to let each piece sink in.
Remember to breathe!
Some people tell me they like to read it more than once, or even come back to it regularly when they’re struggling, to remind themselves that it’s OK. In fact its more than OK – its Perfect!
